The following information must be included in the report:

  • the first and last name of the reporting person;
  • url of the web page reported or the app functionality where the breach with accessibility principles was found (if technical or commercial problems were found, such as a password reset, line drop, an unsubscribable offer, the report should be made in the Support section)
  • a clear and concise description of the problem encountered;
  • the tools used for browsing;
  • the device used (smartphone, desktop PC, tablet, laptop);
  • the operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac OS);
  • the browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera);
  • assistive technologies used (Jaws, Chrome Vox, ToVoice, Nvda, Google Talk, etc.), specifying the version if possible.
